Healing can take many forms, from a physical cure to an emotional recovery to a step away from struggle and toward peace, wholeness, and freedom.

The Vital Force

Prana, Chi, Lung, Chulel and Pneuma are just some of the names from various traditions used to describe the life force or flow of energy that animates and charges the body and maintains health and equilibrium. This Vital Force, as it is known in homeopathy is innate, intelligent, regulatory and healing but can become disturbed by factors such as poor diet, trauma, toxins in the air and water, vaccine injury and chemicals in foods and drugs. When the body becomes burdened by such toxins, the immune system becomes stressed and compromised, resulting in symptoms.

My role as a healer is to tune into the language of the Vital Force of each client as expressed through their symptoms, and then to activate the healing power of this energy giving strength to either prevent illness or overcome it.

Nutrition

Good nutrition is needed to be in healthy balance and to strengthen the Vital Force and as healing is a holistic process, a significant part of my work with clients includes empowering them to make the necessary dietary and lifestyle changes that prepares the body for the healing process and then on to remain healthy.

Good nutrition facilitates healing whereas a poor diet delays, inhibits and complicates the process. Providing the body with the adequate nutrients it needs enhances detoxification and elimination and supports the healing on both a physical and emotional level.

Meditation

Meditation supports the immune system and can be practised by anyone. There are a variety of styles I teach that appeal to different types of people at different points in their lives. Even for the busiest person, fifteen minutes taken out of the day to just sit quietly, slow down the mind, go inward and relax can greatly improve health and enhance mental clarity. The days will somehow flow more easily and you will feel less stressed and more effective and creative.
